In 1964 Clementino Rosa, settled in Salisbury, NC as a “lead mechanic” in the art of Terrazzo and Mosaic style tile-work. Tino quickly established himself among the local community business leaders making a name for himself by giving clients their desired outcome using a value system that took great pride in superior craftsmanship, ingenuity, honesty, and integrity.
Officially incorporated in 1972, Tino Tile & Marble focused on the commercial flooring sector of the local and surrounding markets. We quickly grew to serve the entire Southeast Region, branding ourselves as one of the most competitive commercial flooring companies in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Today, Ryan Rosa, Tino’s youngest son, who grew up working for his father and learning the trade firsthand, leads the company as its second-generation President. Focusing on continuing education and the newest standards and requirements in the industry, he is laying the foundation for the future.
